Slowest condo rental company ever. Definitely going back to Dunes. All units in our complex that are managed by Dunes have been flipped and new arrivals are checked in. Surfside Reality's its and check in process definitely lacking and leaves the customer with a bad experienced from the moment you arrive. Save yourself the frustration and use any other company for your vacation needs.
RecommendedThis review is for Waters Edge unit 203. First of all - to the owners: PLEASE FIX THE PLACE UP!! While I know we wouldn't be spending a lot of time inside, I still expected the accommodations to be comfortable and inviting. This place was neither. The furniture was shabby, the fan in the master bath did not work, the cabinet over the vanity had a broken door, the dead bolt did not work, the security latch was broken, the quilt on the bed was nasty, the pillows smelled bad. We stayed at Admiral Quarters II Unit 12 and had a horrible experience!! The unit had no working washing machine as promised, broken dishwasher, master bed to small for the frame so about to fall down, cracked floors tiles in kitchen and baths so children or adults could easily cut themselves on it. Black mold in the master bath, Roaches in condo, a garage door that doesn't go all the way up so couldn't pull in, a garage side door that wouldn't close shut, the sofa was so filthy it smelled, the carpet nasty with stains th... read more
