Susan worked for ME. A genuine care for me as to how life is.
Susan always kept us informed of where things were at with our financing. She always answered our phone calls or returned them promptly. If she didn't know the answer, she found someone who did and got back with us. I love working with Susan. She helped us when we first bought our house, when we refinanced last summer to borrow from the equity in our home & this year when we wanted to get our interest rate lowered. I would not hesitate to work with her again!
