Susan is a great person.From the beginning of buying my house she has always been there for me.She worked around my work schedule and would even come in on her days off to help.She called me about refinancing my house so that I could save some money.Susan is always there to help me with any questions that I might have.I am so glad that she is my mortgage lady.

We had a great experience working with Susan. We made an offer on a home on a Saturday and it was accepted the next day with the condition that we close within 21 days. I called Susan that weekend and she got the initial information sent in that Sunday evening. Susan kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and even met with us on a Saturday to go over the details/options of our loan. Susan is knowledgeable and fun to work with and we were able to close in 18 days!!!!
