Appointment was on time, Med Asst was friendly and professional. NP was not thorough with breast exam and did not offer any suggestions for issue I experienced during the exam. Although friendly and offered to answer any questions, her choice of wording was not anatomical and seemed very unprofessional. Clinical area needs a proper cleaning : Walls are dirty near light switches, along with door jams and frames. Main front door on exiting was filthy!
