This was my first visit here and I must say everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and not nervous. Tiffany who I saw, was very nice and easy to talk to.

Everyone was wonderful. The medical assistant was so kind and patient helping me with my information and Veronica Woodford was amazing. she took her time with me and explained everything truly knowledgeable.

I was super nervous going into my appointment. I’ve been trying to find a provider for months and the last appointment I had at another office went terribly. My appointment through Susquehanna was phenomenal and eased me even before the came in. I can’t say enough good things about the Bel Air office or NP Lopez. She was kind and I feel like she actually listened to my concerns.

Front office staff is professional and courteous and Dr Gotzmann is amazing! She has a wonderful bedside manner (she actually talks to you) and is open to any questions or concerns!
