Everything was good and my service rep Grace Ellington was awesome and the best on what she does. Very knowledgeable in what she does.
The service was very satisfactorily. They listened to my concerns, provided input on my vehicle. The necessary work was completed. The service manager, Grace, and Delfi are really great and helpful.
What I expected, nothing different from any other dealership. Too much back and forth crap and bs about what a great deal it is and how little money they are making.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA service team. This appt purpose for a recall on my 2012 Quest to flush and/or replace the ABS actuator and I expected to be sold on all that was wrong with the vehicle.
