I just bought a certified used car. I have since been back to the service department twice within 2 weeks of purchase. Each visit the estimated time for repair was double. I was happy the car problems were resolved.

Vinny the sales guys was great and the finance guy wasn't pushy and was very informative of the process and the options.

Great experience buying a car from here! My sales person Manny went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted. No pressuring me into a sale. And Andrei in financing stayed late to find a loan I could afford. The entire experience showed me that there are "big" dealerships that practice ethical sales. Great job Sutherlin!
