My truck only has about 15,000 miles on it but every time I have been to Sutherlin they have treated me right. I have overhead conversations with other customers and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. They work hard and it shows with how busy Sutherlin gets. I will most definitely look to Sutherlin first for all my truck needs and for future vehicles.
Ian was very responsive and professional but I am not happy with Nissan due to the response I got for my warranty. I am not going to argue with Nissan but I think that it is completely wrong due to many reasons. If you want to hear my thoughts you can call me anytime @ 770-448-2311 Thanks, John

All of Sutherlan's Service representatives were nice and it was overall a pleasant experience. I just had to wait longer for the shuttle to get the ride back from my home but apart from that it was nice.

This is my second time purchasing a car from this location. The team and atmosphere is great to work with Manny was extremely helpful and ensuring the cars I was looking at were ready and had a full knowledge of everything included. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Service was finished much quicker than usual. Most impressive thing this location is the restroom! Always clean, fresh smell and neat whenever I go to this location to get my service. I've never seen the restroom is that much clean in other dealers I've been.
