My service provider is always excellent. Robert Sigman is the best. He takes very good care of my car every time I bring it in. When he left I actually stopped bribing my car there because I only trust him to service my car!! He needs a promotion!!

My truck only has about 15,000 miles on it but every time I have been to Sutherlin they have treated me right. I have overhead conversations with other customers and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. They work hard and it shows with how busy Sutherlin gets. I will most definitely look to Sutherlin first for all my truck needs and for future vehicles.

Ian was very responsive and professional but I am not happy with Nissan due to the response I got for my warranty. I am not going to argue with Nissan but I think that it is completely wrong due to many reasons. If you want to hear my thoughts you can call me anytime @ 770-448-2311 Thanks, John

All of Sutherlan's Service representatives were nice and it was overall a pleasant experience. I just had to wait longer for the shuttle to get the ride back from my home but apart from that it was nice.
