I have to say I believe this was my first experience in purchasing a vehicle that I actually enjoyed. My salesperson Jinetta Brown was professional, courteous, and I never felt any pressure to buy anything. She walked me through every step without hesitation. She made sure the process went smoothly. I will use her again and also the Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia.

Dealer was ok and fixed brakes . Car truck would not work after that and sensor needed to be reset

Keith helped us out and he was amazing! He took the time to listen to what we needed and he didn't push us into anything out of our price range but instead showed us all our options. He gave us his cell phone number too so if anything comes up, we can call him! It was so refreshing and I will continue to purchase from Nissan but specifically Keith. Keith isn't an option of people below, but he should be! Keith, you get 5 stars! :)

At first I came to get my car serviced vs a location closer to me that I had to wait 6 hours for with a 9am appointment that made me late to work by the time the car was done. Recommend this place because of Lisa Huerta, she was awesome buy a car from. I almost never came back here because when I got a missed call from them thinking my car was ready the customer service receptionist said "if they didnt leave a message, I can't help you" and she hung up, very rude. Service at Sutherlin has been so excellent that I have never taken my Pathfinder to any other place during my 17 years of ownership. They are almost like family.
