I went to do the service to my car and it was good, I was surprised because in 4 years that I have been going to that Dealer, it is the first time that they wash my car after the service... Kirsten from Service is very kind and gentle
Had a great first service experience. When I arrived my service representative was not immediately available, and Kristin stepped in to get me started even though I was not her client--indicative of great teamwork and customer service! My work was done promptly and well (my car has that happy, serviced sound), and my representative Joe saw that I was taken care of with courtesy and celerity.

I had an appointment but my car did not get looked at the same day. Had I known, I would have waited to take my car in. I watched as the back of the house did not much. I was there for a solid 2 hours, before my ride could pick me up. When my car was done the next day, I was texted and emailed and never called to explain what my car needed. I don’t usually have anything bad to say, I’m just not pleased with the overall service this time around.

Enjoyed working with Cass Warner and AJ and Diego Cass was very helpful in showing us the ends and outs of the vehicle. Bought a Altima SR beautiful red color with 19" alloy wheels. Totally AWESOME CAR!!!
