Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. I drive pass another Nissan dealership to have my car service at Sutherlin Mall of Georgia.
Over all good experience. Service dept busy but didn't have to wait more than an hour.
This service center has Great people working there. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean, comfortable. There's an open area where you can watch the cats being fixed, an area where you can conduct your personal or business then a quiet area with a TV. Of course vending machines, coffee & very clean restrooms.

Service was quick and easy; however, I'm a little annoyed I was quoted a lower price over the phone for an oil change, which was the main reason I came to this dealership. As with most things at the dealerships, oil changes are rapidly becoming a bigger and bigger rip off. I don't need to pay extra here just to be told I need another $400 worth of unnecessary maintenance each time I come.
