Suyny and her team were so helpful every step of the way. As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing and a million questions, they explained what was going on every step of the way, kept me informed, and answered every question happily. Suyny was available to me any time I needed her and was always so kind about it. She was quick to get back to you and never left you waiting for an answer. She was fantastic to work with!

Suyny started to help(on her day off) expedite our refinance due to an unplanned/unnexpected furnace replacement, Then when the furnace company was also willing to work with our refinance situation, Suyny took it in stride, and worked every angle possible........All this, after she contacted me, to come in and see if the PMI could be eliminated, which is now no more. Our REFI is now closed, we received our cash out for paying off some bills, and my new mortgage is only $5 different than the previous one, even with a b8t high... read more
