Suyny was prompt and quick through the online process. Everything went better than expected in such a complex process. While going through a job transition, I didn't have time to commit to meeting for signing papers or traveling out of the area I was living. Through this process, the esigning was amazing and I felt most of the process was completed online which made everything simple.

Suyny is easy going, patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the home loans and purchase options. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, so we really appreciate Suyny being very understanding with the budget we have in purchasing the first home and is very willing to work within our schedule throughout the entire process. Suyny was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she make the process of buying a home easy but she responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. From the very beginning, when starting the home buying/searching process, Suyny was upfront and honest about where we stood. But she also provided practical suggestions about what we could do to move forward. Whenever we had questions, she always made it a point to get back to us, when not readily available. My wife and I would seriously not be in our new home right now without her patient and compassionate attitude. I "highly" recommend her services!!

I have worked with Suyny to refinance our home and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Suyny walked us through all our options and was very timely in her responses. Suyny maintains a good relationship and is very responsive. She put in a lot of work and did her best in putting things in layman's terms for me. I have used Suyny for four refinanced and she worked with me all the way through each one. Even being long distance from me it still worked out well.
