Hygienist was nice, but a little aggressive attacking the gums during cleaning. Not too bad though. Overall, pleased with cleaning and care services. As far as providing advice though, research shows that telling patients what they “should” do is not effective. Would be better off discussing barriers to behaviors or methods to improve habits — see brief motivational interviewing. Long-term patient/customer. I love this team, from top to bottom. Very polite and professional with open personalities from hygienists, reception, assistants, and dentists. Great dental technique and always updating their imaging, products, and other technology. Highly recommend.

Dr. Smith couldn't be any nicer and she makes you feel relaxed with her calm and thorough manner. It is very easy to talk to her and she explains things so it's easy to understand. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and courteous as well.
