Wow This shop is nice. But they take for ever with customers. The. Their cashless payment doesn’t work. Prices are outrageous. Like I have never seen a shop run so poorly in my life. California has it on lock when it comes to taking care of their patients. Plus they over charged me about 20 dollars & didn’t give me my 10 percent off. Like wtf!
check your online order is before leaving I ordered white hot guava badder. I went in and picked up the order like normal BUT I did not check the product before I left. When I got home I found that they gave me WHG terp sugar per the label(def was not badder when I opened it). looking at my order it says badder not terp sugar. There were no other WHG to purchase so not sure where the mix up came in. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT for the 2 young ladies at the front this establishment curates the most negative,uncomfortable experience I’ve ever encountered from a freaking weed business. The guy with the mustache at the front uses his job for a way to assert his authority issues along with his condescending personality. The security guard as well is unpleasant and tbh everyone should take another hit of the stronger weed they offer because it’s giving uptight butholes. NEVER AGAIN.
liar ordered a online order for ICE Hash at 1030 am. Order comes and no ice Hash. Hash Rosin! call and they say it's my fault I got the wrong thing! She put me on hold while she updated the website menu! Says it was never any ice Hash on the site for sale! So I'm out of 60$ And I don't use rosin ! POOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIP OFF!
