Better Skilled Budtenders Who knows what they sell Selection not as good, service needs help with communication skills and overall how to be a sells person, the Budtenders are not knowledgeable about product and need better training badly. I would love to come in an teach a class on how to sell and give knowledge to your customers. As a person who has been to place across the USA and seen the treatment and quality of service and knowledge of product and knows it myself i would like the sells person to be on the same level.
Not LGBTQIA+ or Autism Friendly I have been a customer here since the store opened, and I can definitively say it is not a good environment for LGBTQIA+ people or neurodiverse people. Some of the staff here are wonderful, but it is overall such a mixed bag that I often leave the store feeling sad, exhausted, and sometimes even directly disrespected. Better off going to KC Cannabis Besame is way overpriced for their inconsistent flower especially coming from illicit. You want a genuine patient focused dispensary then shop somewhere else. You will not find a compassionate staff here.
