We recently visited Swan Street vets for our Frenchie, Shola. We called Saturday morning and had an appointment within the hour. Alice was our vet for today and I couldn't speak more highly of her, she educated us on all possible scenarios and the best direction going forward. You can tell just speaking with Alice for 20 minute's she is highly skilled in her role, not only that she wants what's best for owner's and pups😊. Myself and my partner left the vet, saying "bloody hell she's good"
This practice is absolutely amazing. The staff the facilities are second to none. Our Vet is Alice and she is amazing. Our dog Zac even loves going to the Vet!

My dog recently had surgery at the lovely Swan St vet and I was SO chuffed with the service from end to end. At my initial consult I was welcomed as a new client and the reception; nurses and vet Dr Catalina were all so lovely and caring and affectionate toward my dog. On the day of surgery the vet Dr Catalina was so patient with me. She set my expectations on costs, took me into the area that my dog would be housed; receive pre op treatment and showed me the operating theater.
