RecommendedHorrible experience recently with boarding my cat here! They say they specialise in anxious pets which is the reason I drove 40 minutes from home to have him stay here. I was assured on the phone the enclosures are lovely and spacious with hardly any other pets there at the time and that he would be looked after. extremely disappointed with the whole experience. would not recommend and be careful of them selling you things you can buy at a pet store for twice the price.
I've wasted enough money here why would I waste my time with a review. Total rip off. Don't bother
Very sales driven and I feel like I receive so much unnecessary correspondence. I asked to be removed of mailing list several times and today I received a birthday card for my dog that passed away easier in year.
