I am a current client of this provider I like their interest. They don't just sign you up and forget about you. I feel that they care. With the exception of one, they've provided very good aides. I can tell that they're there if I need them. With the exception of one aide, they've all been very kind and respectful. They are always on time and informative. Synergy always follows up if someone is sick and can't make it.
