I am a current client of this provider So far there's been an attempt at a match. We had an initial aide that didn't work out; we had good communication with the Synergy team to find a better match for my mom. There's been a good amount of follow-up. Our current aide can't be long-term, so there's going to be some transition that happens. We only have a 3-day schedule right now. It would be great if we had 5 days, but there are financial constraints.

I am a current client of this provider I like that they are very responsive to our requests, and they send us excellent aides. It has been great, and in the end my stepfather had really enjoyed having them in home to help him.

I am a past client of this provider If I could rate higher, I would. The people working there were so responsive; they always made good plans, and the management was so accessible and sensitive to our needs. They pulled everything together in an extremely short period of time. They also helped us figure out the best schedule and level of care. We got all the services that we needed.
