I am a current client of this provider We only have them a few hours a week. They need to take imitative and not have to be told what to do all the time. They need to know the care plan and rely on that instead of being directed. It is hard because I wish the caregivers were more proactive and do what I ask, not my mother.

I am a past client of this provider She was very stubborn, but there was a component of memory care that I wasn't sure she was getting, or they knew how to give. I liked that hey were responsive and did the best they could.
