The person we work with is very genuine, very careful, and listens to any instruction I give her on how we have been taught to walk him up on the steps by an occupational therapist. I am a current client of this provider It has been consistent both times we have used them. They help her with bathing, brushing her teeth, and getting ready for bed. I like that everyone who has come to care for my mother, has been elementary. I have been happy with all of the staffing they have sent us. They have been really well-trained.
