I am a past client of this provider They kept us informed at all times. They would call if anything was going wrong. We like that they went above and beyond and they truly seemed to care about the client.

I am a current client of this provider I can set which hours I want on which days, as well as who I want. I like that if things don't work out between me and my caregiver, I can let the agency know and they'll send somebody else.

I am a current client of this provider As far as the weekly vital checks, that has been really good, talking with my mother's physician has been very good, and they have helped with recommending changes. The caregiver we get once a week plays card games with my mom. We have a wonderful caregiver. Her name is Hope. The registered nurse that stops by is wonderful. Everybody that we have had dealings with has just been exceptional.

I am a current client of this provider They make our lives easier by providing a good, regular caregiver. The scheduling is pretty good too. There's just one day we have trouble getting care. We like SYNERGY because they have good caregivers for the most part.
