Olivia took care of me from start to finish. I got one of the best cuts I've ever had. It's hard to convey your thoughts about what you want, but Olivia got it and her vision exceeded my expectations!

Can't recommend enough! Kind and super accommodating staff who were able to fit me in last minute while I was in town for the day. Shout out to Kerri who did an outstanding job with my hair :^)

Tia did a great job cutting my bangs and was able to execute my vision without any reference pictures. I also really appreciated her suggestion for the Olaplex conditioning, my hair really needed it and feels great now! A very happy customer, will be recommending y'all to anyone who needs a haircut.

I experienced my first haircut in January from a Jr. Stylist at Graeber. I was desperate for a cut as it has been over a year and I was making an extremely drastic change, cutting off 8 inches. My stylist was such as sweetheart and did really well up until the end when she completely chopped off my top layer leaving my hair unblended on one side. My hairdresser Megan was awesome. The staff was very welcoming and friendly making sure I was attended to the whole time when waiting for my hair dresser to finish up. As far as COVID safety goes this salon made sure it was up to the cleanest possible. Taking temperature, filling out a form... etc. Not only was my hair exactly how I wanted, my hairdresser asked me exactly what I wanted to achieve and if I had any concerns.. very personal. I booked another appointment through Groupon. I am still getting the hang of using Groupon and was having a hard time booking an appointment, but when I got in touch with the salon they went ahead and booked my appointment and we used the deal with no problem. If you're looking for a place to feel pampered, beautiful and safe, then this is the place for you! Literally the BEST COVID practices!! And months later they've stayed consistent in providing an environment you don't have to worry about. Also, their stylists don't rush but rather take time to truly listen.
