Kaitlyn Alsop did an amazing job with my botanical last weekend. I've been slowly lightening my hair and this treatment was perfect for in between sessions to help with my ends. She was so attentive and professional, the salon, as well as Kaitlyn, have been very extensive in their cleaning procedures and I feel very comfortable every time I'm seen for an appointment. Will definitely be back for another one, my hair still smells amazing from Kaitlyn A!
My daughter had an appointment with Thomas today for a cut and color. She's a 15 year old girl with PTSD over her last haircut. Thomas was so amazing with her. He took his time with her. Constantly making sure what he was doing was what she wanted. He explained what he was doing at each step. The cut and color was tremendous. Everyone was extremely happy with the way everything turned out. We will definitely be back to see Thomas.
Beautiful Aveda salon with lovely service! Was visiting family here with my husband and felt like not washing and styling my own hair so I looked up salons for an appointment the day of, literally an hour before! Easy online booking, friendly service, easy parking, major COVID safety, and a wonderful stylist. Ryan was great and wish I lived here to be a regular!
So I never had a hot stone massage before I met Jaicey...and now I am NEVER going back to a massage without them. Jaicey is 100%, hands down, the best masseuse I have ever had. I love that she checks in with my state of mind before and after the massage. She ALWAYS gets all the spots. If you need a massage I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Jaicey. Also, you gotta do the hot stones! You will leave feeling like butter! They are taking amazing precautions for COVID as well.
I have been to Graeber and Company many times during Covid and I am so impressed with there protocol. It feels like an experience not medical. I appreciate Shelby (the owner) commitment to my safety and her staffs safety. Also Gabby gives an amazing facial that took away all my stress durning a very stressful time. She is knowledgeable and gives a great service. Thank you Graeber & Company.
When I came to Idaho during the pandemic, I had been itching to have a trim for my bangs. This store was nice enough to accommodate me on the last minute before going to Montana. The person who trimmed my bangs was pretty amazing, she was nice and she made sure I like the style I am getting. The store also practiced social distancing and they really followed the guidelines which is nice to see because it made me feel much safer entering the store.
Wonderful experience! I had a facial today w/ Amber and it was by far the best one I have ever had. I added the plant peel and my skin looks dreamy and dare I say younger. Amber was amazing. Highly recommend booking with her. In addition to my fabulous experience today, last week I went to get my hair and makeup done for family photos. Gabby did my makeup and I absolutely loved it.
