Nick and his teammate were both GREAT on our delivery. Very professional and courteous. Ray oyr salesman also did a great job, and had so much patience for my teen daughter picking out a mattress. Such a great team! 5 stars for Taft!

The staff was very helpful even during the limited personnel and store hours. The delivery personnel were also very friendly and followed all COVID-19 safety guidelines. All in all it was a great experience and the furniture is beautiful!

Great shopping experience, easy purchase process as well. We did have a little confusion about delivery/pick up due to COVID-19 but once I checked my junk email I saw Taft had tried contacting me. Once we were in touch the delivery process was easy to set up and the two men delivering my couch could not have been more helpful, kind, and polite.

Bedroom furniture was fine. Customer service was great. There was slight damage to one piece but customer service immediately responded. Delivery was on time and helpful
