It took a long time to get our items delivered...over a month. the movers weren't sure they could lift the matress up to the second floor. Finally they did the job. Im very satisfied with the items.

Two delivery staff were on time, professional and courteous. Please note: The foot on the ottoman was repaired by the delivery staff and was acceptable. Once they left the location, within minutes the foot slipped out of socket and fell off again. I will be calling Taft to return the defective ottoman.
The people who helped us at the store were great, The didn't hover ,Just let us know they were there if we needed them, The delivery guys were also great, Very professional, I have bought almost all my furniture from Tafts,It is the first place I go to

Delivery person (one of them only) was only interested in getting out of here. This delivery person 1- continuously dropped items when assembling the bed, 2- didn't want me around, 3 -thought that any little bit that I did to assist was just me being in the way. 4- never finished assembling the bed since not all the hardware was here (so they claimed). I will not allow this delivery person to bring anything else that I might purchase into my house again. I will immediately say no to the delivery and request a full refu... read more

Sales experience was excellent. Delivery was a challenge. Two calls to try to change the delivery went to voice mail. Neither message was returned. So I confirmed the delivery and canceled my personal plans. Then a 3,:00 - 6:30 pm window became 7:35 delivery with a text message warning at 7:05 pm. I had given up and had to drive 5 miles back to home to accept the delivery.
