Left the van the afternoon before the inspection day which was very convenient. A fully comprehensive report was created. Staff very friendly and informative. Based on the report I managed to put right some of the pick up points myself.

Good hand over of new caravan. Matt was very thorough and went through everything on the new caravan with us. The only down side was that the gas bottles and battery had not been put into the new van before hand, especially as we had brought our old van down from Tiverton a week earlier with this in mind.
