The service was undertaken ok, however the fault we reported we had to return a further two times to get fixed. The caravan wasn't handed back ready for transportation which could have caused internal damage on the journey home. I emailed with my concerns but my email has not been responded to. The caravan is always dirty when collected.

Poor customer service. Inflexible. Found better service elsewhere
Tow bar was fitted no problem, but the problem we do have is that since the fitting our DAB signal on the car stereo has stopped working, but Tamar Caravan have said they haven’t touched anything to do with the DAB Ariel, but this has only stopped working since I had the tow bar fitted.
I had booked a camper van with you. You cancelled the hire. We are happy we got a refund. Not happy - We are trying to find another camper van hire centre to hopefully get to our destination in June. It seems unlikely as all the places we have tried the campers are hired out.
