My loved one was in the rehabilitation department and it was a terrible experience. The Certified Nursing Assistants were rude and not accommodating. They did not take good care of my loved one. Some of the food looks terrible. I would not recommend the rehabilitation area of this community.

Overall we did not have a good experience with Brighton Gardens of Tampa. We had heard very good things, and everything they promised when it came to care sounded fantastic. However, they did not end up delivering on what they promised. They seemed neglectful of even basic care needs. We tried to speak to the management about it, but they were difficult to get a hold of, and in the end that did not improve the situation any. The on-site Dr. was very unpleasant to work with. It's a big facility. They have assisted living and skilled nursing and dementia patients. I didn't like the way it smelled, and I didn't like that some of the staff smoked in the patio area because my mom has emphysema.
