I’ve been using Tank Farm for a little over three years now and in the beginning out was a little worried because the home we were renting didn’t have a tank for propane and we needed that for hot water and our stove the previous renter I guess was using 4 pound tanks and I wasn’t having that. So we call Tank Farm and they came and delivered a 250 gallon tank and installed it and hooked it up to our home and put us up on a monthly refill cycle. I like the idea behind it and the pricing seems competitive. Setting up the service was easy but we already own a tank. The local provider was great, came out to perform tests and install the gauge. Unfortunately, the gauge was not working and trying to get in touch with Tankfarm was not easy. It took multiple phone calls, messages, and emails before getting in touch with a human to take care of anything. Our first fill came as expected when the gauge dropped to around 30%. Awesome company. I got a 320 gallon tank set and filled for $300 less than the competition wanted for a 120 gallon with no monitor. They charge $150 for a tank monitor, free with Tankfarm. 5 Stars all the way!

Had no heat at 11:30pm on a Saturday evening. My Tankfarm propane supplier offered to come out between 2am and 5am to get me back up and running. It was freezing so I was pretty happy about that!
