Tanya and her team were amazing! At a time, during Coronavirus finding places that would take on jumbo loans was very hard, let alone finding someone who would do it for less than 20%. Tanya was able to get creative and suggested a combination of a conventional and a HELOC. No other person I spoke with came up with that idea.
