Tanya and her team were amazing! At a time, during Coronavirus finding places that would take on jumbo loans was very hard, let alone finding someone who would do it for less than 20%. Tanya was able to get creative and suggested a combination of a conventional and a HELOC. No other person I spoke with came up with that idea. That also saved me money on my monthly payment, which was one of my main concerns. Her team was also able to get the loan done in just a couple of weeks.
