The place is pricey here but living in this area you're going to pay more anyway. Having said that, they have improved a lot since we moved here, alarm systems cleaning the laundry rooms on a regular schedule. New management are trying to build more of a community here by doing things like trunk or treats for the kids, pool party, etc. So I think that's helping build the community here. I love my new apartment I just moved into on August 8th 2024. My family and me couldn't be happier. Staff especially Ashley in the office is ready and willing to help with anything we need or ask of her. I love the amenities like the pool and kids park for my daughter to enjoy. We are very happy being here.

Not sure what this is for but so far so good on fixing things, cleaning the halls could be done a little better only cause there was a cleaning schedule for the hallways and it seems that has gotten lost in the shuffle. Seems fine otherwise.
