The place is pricey here but living in this area you're going to pay more anyway. Having said that, they have improved a lot since we moved here, alarm systems cleaning the laundry rooms on a regular schedule. New management are trying to build more of a community here by doing things like trunk or treats for the kids, pool party, etc. So I think that's helping build the community here.
