So far so good. We aren't quite done yet. My caseworker is very cool and has been very patient with me. And anytime I call taxrise with a question or concern they are always extremely polite and never ******* to push me off of the phone.
Great! *************************** was able to refer my issue to the right people since I may have erroneously though I was talking to ************ who has me as a client since 0ctober 2023.
Answered all of my concerns. Will follow up next week.
