it was kinda easy and understanding staff, very helpful with completing tasks on portal and comforting
I had occasion to call Taxrise today and spoke with Daiana. Besides being quite helpful in getting me the help I needed, she was very polite and kind when I asked her not to call me *** because I am a transgender woman. I have a low voice and tend to sound masculine on the phone. I very much appreciated her respect and kindness.

Tax Rise assisted me when I needed to refund my initial installment. Based on other reviews Ive seen I was concerned it wouldnt happen. But after hearing my genuine need for the funds they kindly and professionally refunded.
