Great customer service and willing to work customers regarding payments
Although they did what they said, their communication needs to be better. They say they will call you back and you end up having to call them back. Dealing with the *** is stressful but they don't get it right until you start getting annoyed and that's not good.
I allowed Tax Rise to help me with my back taxes. The agent was so convincing. Im a disbled, retired teacher and the agent knew that. I told him I have to go to ********* for assistance. I paid $500.00 to initiate filing. I am paying a monthly and more than I can afford. I can't afford to be over drafted in my checking account every month. Please help me. I need to stop this madness!
