I have been in the resolution processing for at least 2 weeks. Things are sounding good in resolving my tax issue. The service **** on my case have repeated a number of times "We are here for you and to insure your tax issues are resolved". We will see if this true or not? The **** have been very nice and patient with me in insuring i have a clear understanding of how things works with tax relief. In giving a star rating... i feel its a little to early to submit.
