This is a review for the three employees I've spoke with and paid so far, I can't review the services yet and I'm hoping it's not a scam, I spoke with ******* in payments and she was a super sweet heart. Made everything easy for me,was able to answer all of my concerns and was also very patient, ***************** was the first representative I had contact with and he is always available (regular business hours) at his number, email and voice mail. Representative was very helpful and prompt to advise me as to status and next steps. However, taxrise has not been in contact with me since the tax documents were submitted to IRS in mid March. That is too long. IRS is now demanding payment by varying dates in June, which gives me no time to gather a long list of needed documents.
I just wanted to say your firm is amazing. It was so nice of you guys to help us. So glad we contacted your firm. It's been a total nightmare for us. We have been paying taxes forever and not ever getting any relief. Your firm is a blessing to help us. We are both getting old and things have been rough thew the years. Bless youball.
