It is a lengthy process, but I was informed from the beginning that it would take several months to get my tax issues resolved. I owe a significant amount of money to the *** and since the day that I hired Taxrise, back around October 2023, I have not received any more harassing or threatening letters from the ***. The Taxrise employees that I have worked with so far have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
