You are very nice, helpful, and kind to talk with.
So far I think theyre doing a good job. My only issue is they keep sending me updates that remind me this could take up to 60 days. Its been 110 days now so I called and they told me it could take 4-6 months, so why tell me it could be UP TO 60 days. Makes little sense.
