TaxRise takes to long to get anything done but makes sure that they are paid first. Cost me more money to get it settled. Paid money to have it settled once but lost the money because it was never settled and will have to pay more money again if and once it gets settled again

I contacted customer service at ********************** to find out the status of my case. The ** representative was courteous and reassured me that my case was being process and I had nothing to worry about and someone would contact me and follow up. I received a call within 24 hours. Great customer service!
