As I was calling TaxRise on 3/28/2025 I was in a bad mood and short tempered attitude and this PROFESIONAL GENTLEMAN ***** **** listened to me VENT, and helped me with everything I was asking for. Couldn't have received a better Person, and he's not even on my case. Just wanted to say this GENTLEMAN DESERVES A HUGE RAISE AND PRAISE for what he did for me and how everything was handled.
