Very nice young man on the telephone. Well spoken, polite, and accommodating. I wish all customer service reps were like him.
Have really been helpful but I was not informed that this was going to cost me almost $3000 in which I can't really afford. When I first contacted tax rise I was told about $500 and then later that it would cost me $116 every two weeks
