My case manager **************** has been through and helpful and amazing in getting all of my tax mess organized and into a payment plan. I would recommend this manager and service to anyone that is just not sure where to start in getting tax issues resolved.
The billing account executive, named ******* was very professional, punctual in returning my calls, and showed extreme concerned concerning my case. It is because of her attention to detail and the empathy heard in her voice toned that I decided to continue to do business with TaxRise. I am looking forward to a redirect within the 48 to 72 hours concerning my case as agreed upon with *******************. Not sure what they exactly did for me I still owe the *** ********* I can't remember what my balance when I first hired them but I believe it was over 50k and they got to a non collectable status for Me what that Is I am not 100% sure I just know I been told I need to file my taxes on time and if I default on them again I will have full balance reinstalled
Was hesitant at first but ****************** was amazing and helping me understand this whole process. Now I feel better than before and I cant wait to put this behind me once and for all.
I received very good customer service and very knowledgeable. I will past this information to anyone thinking about using TaxRise.
