Mo Shafi was the TaxRise assistant that helped me navigate thru this whole process. He was amazing, very positive, helpful, has a sense of urgency, respectful and overall great customer service. Was able to answer any question I had very fast and also was understanding of the situation I was in. This guy truly deserves a raise. Great guy to be representing the company of TaxRise. Glad to be apart of this family.
