They are very thorough and professional. One neg. Is that the upfront cost and the service cost was much more than I was lead to believe and the credit check/loan required for services was something I did not want to get into. I hope it all works out in the end. I wouldn't have applied if I did not need assistance, or knew it would cost so much.
