Jasmine of TaxRise was very knowledgeable in helping me navigate the client portal and all the aspects of communicating with the company such as how to upload documents, showed me how to lookup and review IRS transcripts and also to view our payment history, etc. She was very polite and patient while instructing me to do screen navigation.
The process was straight forward and made easier and less stressful by the representative (Jillia). She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable.
