The best Doctor ever. Very knowledgeable. She is very detailed. A good listener and has empathy . I have been suffering with eczema and athletes foot for years. She diagnosed, assessed and treated my illness. I am forever grateful. She deserves million stars.
I have seen Dr Ali four times in the past two months. Each visit has been professional and courteous, but most important, my condition is responding to the treatment plan she is using. Very happy as I have seen 4 other doctors over the past ten months with no results. I am very pleased with Dr Ali, and her staff.
Dr. Ali was competent and friendly. She correctly diagnosed my skin rash and prescribed correct cream which effectively helps my recovery. The office was clean and all staffs I encountered were helpful and courteous. I had a good experience and would like to share the info with those who are in search for a great Dermatologist.
I did like the fact that I was able to see her within a week of me requesting the appointment. Was not extremely happy with the front desk staff or the appointment. I filled out the paperwork online but was made to fill it out again. Also, I waited over an hour to be seen. The woman that escorted me back was very friendly and pleasant.
Appointment was rushed. She was not even busy and still she ran out in the middle of the appointment. We felt like she didn’t want us as patient. Assistant came in and gave instructions. I have never felt so disrespected by so called professional. Appointment was over less than 5 minutes with no proper instructions and left unanswered questions. I wasted my money and time.
Very rushed visit. Once I expressed this to the office they called her on her cell phone so she could talk to me again. Also she didn’t care what I had already used and literally took one look and determined nothing. Also I water for over an hour to go back.
I went to get moles checked out, the doctor rushed the visit. I felt like a nuisance rather than a patient. I basically had to ask her to come back and actually look at the rest of my body since that was the point of my visit. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
The doctor is a rip-off. She charges $50 for a $5 injection for an uninsured patient. Her office did not explain the charges before administering treatment and the doctor could not after the appointment was over. There was no follow-up.
