Very unprofessional. Stay away from this person!!!!!
On my first appt, Dr Ali's tech stood a long distance from me while talking to me as if I have a communicable disease. To make matters worse, Dr Ali came in and spent like ONE MIN, made me feel worse, not even the courtesy hand shake. On my second appt, receptionist said I won't be seen unless I pay $80 meanwhile copay is $60, she said they took $20 less from me the last time and rejected my $60.
I was at the doctor's office. I bought a beauty product and the receptionist swiped my credit card thrice saying she did not hear a beap the 1st time and assured me I would receive my money back for the remaining 2 transactions. After few days, I receive a call fro the billing department saying that they are going to keep the money because my account had a balance. Coming from a health care background, I do know that hospitals have to intimate patients and get approval before charging their card
