Martin did a great job getting pictures for our listing and assisted in the staging of our home. We would definitely contact him again if we are looking to sell our new home in the future.
My husband and I just purchased our first home with Tess at Team Real Estate. I have nothing poor to say about the company itself, however I would not recommend working with Tess if you have any questions as a first home buyer. My partner and I bought a home with Martin years ago. He tried to push us into a home that one of his investors was selling. At one point he told us “I’ve showed you enough homes it’s time to pick something.” He then gave us misleading hopes suggesting we’d easily get a home improvement loan to add central air after the sale. Once we had a home under contract Martin was MIA. At closing Martin tried to hit us with a $400 admin fee. Thankfully for us he was extremely disorganized and forgot to have us sign an agency agreement ... read more

Kip responded to phone calls & request for meeting or showing of properties in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Industry. Great negotiating skills, always made suggestions but left the final decision for us to decide. He took the time to break things down when we did not understand & reassured us he was doing all he could when things did not set right or we questioned the process in reference to Seller & Buyer contracts & offers.
